why I still use mineral makeup

Lately, I realize that more and more cosmetic companies are introducing mineral makeup into their current beauty product range. As a mineral makeup user for a few years now (thanks to my beauty blogger friend), I have been very pleased of what mineral makeup can do for my skin.

For a start, beginners who are trying out mineral makeup will find it hard to handle the mineral loose powder foundation. Mineral makeup may seem messy at a glance but with the right mineral makeup tools - a good kabuki brush and a flawless face brush - you can ensure a good coverage of your mineral foundations.

The Kabuki brush is often used for broader and effortless total coverage where the flawless face brush is great for lighter mineral makeup coverage and for better control. I use this as a blusher brush too. Authentic mineral makeup do not contain harmful chemical additives, harsh dyes or colorings and man-made fragrances. They are often preferred by those with sensitive skin and an awesome choice for the women who care about natural beauty.

While discusing about paternity test with a friend, she was amazed that mineral makeup offers 100% chemical free sun protection. In other words, you can actually save on other sun block or sun screen products if you use mineral makeup. Lastly, the ingredients used in mineral makeup sits well on the skin’s surface and are not absorbed therefore you can have full day coverage without clogging your pores. I know I sound like a broken record but I just can’t tell you more about the goodness of mineral makeup!
