Although Blink 182 are no longer with us, loads of people remember them for their cool style, funny punky songs and hilarious gigs.
Blink 182 were formed in 1992 by Tom DeLonge (Vocals, Guitar) and Mark Hoppus (Bass, Guitar). Their drummer was Scott Raynor, although he was replaced by the heavily tattooed Travis Barker in 1998. Their first album Buddha was released in 1993 and re-released in 1998.
In 1994 the band released their album Cheshire Cat, which was recorded in three days. In 1997, the band released third full-length album Dude Ranch. This was the last album Raynor worked on before he left, and the song Dammit proved to be a modest hit in the charts.

It’s that time of year again… On the 20th of February Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne will host the annual music award at Earl’s Court. Many people criticise the Brit’s for awarding popularity over innovation, but it is a good night of entertainment and you’re always guaranteed a good punch up or two!

The movie, starring MAYA KARIN, SAIFUL APEK and AWIE in the supporting role promises another blockbuster of similar level of CICAK-MAN. The story is about JIMMY (Saiful Apek) who loves clean environment i.e. nature and believe duyung’s like that kind of environment too. He’s also involved in a love triangle with Kordi and ASPALELA (Yasmin Hani). Putri Duyung (Maya Karin) then comes along to sort out his confusion.
During my trip in Hawaii, the tour coach stopped at a little seaside store in Kauai. I saw this beautiful and raw yellow jade looking necklace which caught my eye. But as we were rushing off, I didn’t have time to make a purchase but since, I have been looking around for something similar.
What I like about the internet is the powerful search engines I can get accessed to. I can be searching for information on yellow jade to health matters, from cerebral palsy therapy to post nasal drip and I’ll be presented with lots of resources. Wales is not a country known more for its opera singers and cheesy sixties crooners than its metal bands but Bullet For My Valentine seem to be the exception to the rule.
The band have just released their second album Scream Aim Fire. The eponymous title track is a good start, lots of shredding guitars, hectic drumming and vocals you can headbang to. The mood of the album changes slightly with Hearts Burn into Fire - it could almost be classed as a power ballad if it were a little bit cheesier. End of Days is a favourite of mine and could possibly be a future single.
