July 13th, 2008There is a new growing trend among the new age executives and yuppies in the fashion world. Body accessorizing is becoming popular with more fashion conscious individuals making a statement with a nose ring, a belly ring and even cartilage ear piercing!
For me, body piercing or body jewelry is common since I used to teach in a design school with the most funky and fashionable teens. When done tastefully, a belly button ring or a nose ring can be an identity enhancement but when it’s gone overboard, it can turn people off. Just like our fashion tastes, everyone is entitled to be who you want to be as long as you are comfortable about it.
