Looks like it’s time to shop for some new bedding for the bedroom, oh… how I love this! This is one activity I enjoy, choosing beautiful fabrics and putting on new sheets for my bed. I don’t know about you but it feels good beholding new and beautiful bedding, it seems to make my sleep more pleasant, sounder and calmer - I guess it’s psychological!

But this is only so if the bedding is comfortable and doesn’t feel rough or prickly. I’m particular with thread count and quality since a good night’s sleep contributes to good health, increased energy and a positive outlook for the day. Embroidery bedding is something I can resist, these are special touches that dress that the bedroom in a subtle manner. This quilted bedspread, Misha Bedspread Ruby, from Terry’s fabrics is absolutely gorgeous. They’ve got my colours in there - red, warm gray and off white - what a nice colour combination.
