After coming back from Big Bear Mountains, I told myself that I must sign myself and Clayton to a ski camp next time. Somehow, we won’t prepared at Big Bear and Clayton was too young to be in the ski camp.

I have learnt that it is important to be well prepared when you are on a ski vacation. Getting the appropriate ski and snow gear ready is essential to make your skiing holiday a pleasant and stressed free one. Insulated and waterproof jackets and pants will help you to stay dry while keeping you warm in that cold. For us who live in the tropics, we might need thicker jackets and well insulated ones like volcom clothing. If you like to keep your other non-waterproof clothing dry, apply a coat of water-resistant spray on your apparel and shoes.

Savouring a glass of wine with friends or business associates has become a social phenomenon that bring lots of significance. It fosters a business partnership, builds closeness between friends and families. These days, it is common to see wine being served in Asian restaurants and weddings, unlike those days, where wine is only served in a western establishment or social gathering.

Though I’m not very much a wine drinker, a glass of red wine with good friends and business associates is something I enjoy, especially during a party or dinner invitation. I always like to know the origin of the wine and I tend to check out the Wine Rack in the restaurant or home! These days, you can expect wine racks to come in all sorts of designs, styles and sizes. There are those that are made of plastic, wood or metal, while many are hanging ones that help to save storage space and add a sculptured look to the bar area. Some home owners like to have a minimalist one that sits on the dining table or the dining area and a style is usually picked to blend in with the home interiors. The smaller restaurants will prefer a wooden or metal ones with lots of storage compartments but for home use, most will choose design and style as the priority.
